** Payment:*** You may pay by personal check (Shipping for personal checks are held 5 days till check clears) or send us a cashier's check or money order as long as it is in US funds and drawn on a US bank. ** SHIPPING POLICY: If you want items shipped to a location other than the Billing address you MUST SUPPLY US WITH A PHONE NUMBER SO WE CAN VERIFY THE ORDER. Your items will not be shipped untill verification for card holder can be made.

** Shipping: Worldwide shipping. In stock items ship within 5 business day of cleared payment (unless otherwise noted in listing). Special orders ship within 1 business day of receipt of special order item(s). Insurance is optional and to be paid by buyer. All shipments are sent with conformation numbers/tracking numbers with USPS. We sell via the internet we accommodate pick-ups at our store in Council Bluffs, Iowa. ** INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Including Canada and Mexico): First Class International are based by country by the USPS and must be under 4 pounds. All orders over 4 pounds or orders not qualified for First Class International by the USPS will be shipped International Priority Mail. International shipments may be delayed in Customs in your country. International buyers are responsible for custom duties, fees and/or taxes at full value. Shipments are valued at the price you paid on all customs forms (no exceptions - please don't ask).

** Returns: Items defective, or not as described in the listing, may be returned within 14 days of your receipt (unless sold "as-is") for a replacement or full refund. All other unopened and unused items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for store credit, or full refund (less S&H) in which case a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Returns must include the original packaging and documentation (if any). Books, and items modified in ANY way, may not be returned. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item.
